Bij onze klant ben jij de eerste persoon die onze klanten zien zodra ze binnenstappen. Of het nu gaat om een vraag, een herstelling of een probleem, jij staat altijd klaar met een glimlach om hen verder te helpen. Je weet hoe je klanten op hun gemak kunt stellen en je houdt van persoonlijk contact.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Welkom heten met een glimlach: Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich meteen welkom voelt zodra ze binnenkomen. Je beantwoordt hun vragen op een vriendelijke en kalme manier.
  • Telefoons beheren: Je bent een expert in het beheren van inkomende telefoontjes en schakelt deze vlot door naar de juiste collega.
  • Proactief klanten helpen: Je zit niet graag stil en vindt het fijn om van jouw bureau op te staan en klanten actief te helpen met hun vragen of problemen.
  • Administratieve held: Je neemt de volledige administratieve opvolging van enkele leveranciers voor jouw rekening. Dit houdt in dat je goederenontvangsten voorbereidt, retourlijsten opvolgt en garantiegevallen beheert.
  • Samenwerken met het team: Je staat de aankoper bij met diverse administratieve taken en zorgt ervoor dat oude leveringen in het magazijn netjes worden afgehandeld.
  • Webshop ondersteuning: Voor jouw leveranciers zoek je beeldmateriaal op en zorg je ervoor dat dit online op de webshop wordt geplaatst.
