The posting

Met Konvert Food zijn wij op zoek naar technische profielen, liefst met ervaring industriële elektriciteit.

Dit voor een voedingsbedrijf in de regio van Staden.

Om het team te versterken zoeken wij een onderhoudstechnicus, op Bachelor of Master niveau.

Takenpakket:

  • Als technicus sta je dagelijks in voor de goede werking van de totale verpakking, gaande van bulk tot verpakt product.
  • Samen met de lijnoperatoren controleer en stuur je op elektrotechnisch vlak de machines (bunkers, optische sorteerders, afzakinstallaties, kartonneren, etiketteren, robot-palletisatie).
  • Je zorgt voor de instelling en goede werking van de verpakkingslijnen en bij storingen lost je deze, samen met de technische dienst op.
  • In de verpakkingshal controleert je continu de werking en de rendementen van de installatie.
  • Je speurt naar storingen, probeert ze snel te lokaliseren en identificeren om ze indien nodig te vervangen of herstellen.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede afstelling van de optische sorteerders.
