Werk jij graag aan moderne productie-installaties en krijg je energie van het oplossen van technische storingen? Voor onze klant in Zonhoven, een gevestigde naam binnen de zuivelindustrie, zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die mee zorgt voor een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.

Als onderhoudstechnieker speel je een cruciale rol in het draaiende houden van onze productielijnen. Samen met je collega's analyseer en verhelp je technische problemen zodat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven.

Jouw taken:

  • Je lost elektrische en mechanische storingen op aan machines en installaties.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en achterhaalt de oorzaak.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit.
  • Je voert technische aanpassingen, revisies en uitbreidingen uit.
  • Je kalibreert en stelt regelsystemen correct af.
  • Je beheert wisselstukken en technisch materiaal.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie om installaties maximaal beschikbaar te houden.
  • Je hebt een A2-diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhouds- of storingstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit.
  • Ervaring met PLC-sturingen, automatisering en storingsanalyse is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een plus.
