Die KONZMANN Gebäudetechnik GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Villingen-Schwenningen ist Ursprung der KONZMANN Gruppe und prägt seit über 100 Jahren die Entwicklung moderner Gebäudetechnik im südwestdeutschen Raum. Mit über 125 Mitarbeitenden realisiert das Unternehmen anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung, Sanitär und Gebäudeautomation. Es steht für innovative, wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Lösungen in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Während deiner Ausbildung übernimmst du vielfältige und spannende Tätigkeiten. Du montierst und installierst Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen in Neubauten und Bestandsgebäuden, verlegst Rohrleitungen und schließt Armaturen sowie Geräte fachgerecht an. Außerdem führst du Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an bestehenden Anlagen durch, prüfst und stellst Heizungs- und Lüftungssysteme ein und arbeitest dabei nach technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen. Der Einsatz moderner Mess- und Regeltechnik gehört ebenso zu deinem Alltag wie die Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort, beispielsweise bei der Inbetriebnahme. Dabei stellst du stets die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast einen Realschulabschluss oder einen guten Hauptschulabschluss
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an praktischen Tätigkeiten
  • Freude an analytischen Aufgaben und Problemlösungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und präzises Arbeiten
  • Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, Neues zu entdecken
