Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Qualität der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
  • Sie steuern und überwachen externe IT-Service-Provider
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen IT-Abteilungen sowie Projektteams an der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung netzwerkrelevanter Lösungen zusammen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, führen Root-Cause-Analysen durch und verwalten administrative Zugänge sowie Berechtigungen
  • Sie übernehmen die Installation und laufende Administration von Windows Clients im Unternehmensumfeld
  • Sie richten mobile Endgeräte ein, betreuen diese im laufenden Betrieb und stellen eine hohe Nutzerzufriedenheit sicher
  • Sie bearbeiten Anfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an strategischen Vorhaben im IT-Bereich mit Fokus auf Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft mit
  • Sie planen, koordinieren und begleiten das Patch Management für Server, Clients und Anwendungen einschließlich Rollout, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung
  • Sie analysieren Störungen und Schwachstellen in der Systemlandschaft, leiten geeignete Maßnahmen ab und setzten diese um

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine Abgeschlossene Techniker-Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik
  • Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT und im Betrieb von IT-Infrastruktur-Lösungen
  • Sie besitzen Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich WAN, LAN, WiFi und DDI
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Active Directory inklusive Benutzer und Gruppenverwaltung sowie Berechtigungsmanagement, ergänzt um Praxis mit Microsoft 365 Diensten
  • Eine Strukturierte, organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie haben ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen in den Bereichen IT und Security sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
