Die KONZMANN Gebäudetechnik GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Villingen-Schwenningen ist Ursprung der KONZMANN Gruppe und prägt seit über 100 Jahren die Entwicklung moderner Gebäudetechnik im südwestdeutschen Raum. Mit über 125 Mitarbeitenden realisiert das Unternehmen anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung, Sanitär und Gebäudeautomation. Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen den Austausch von Kesseln sowie die Montage und Reparatur von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen. Darüber hinaus führen Sie die selbstständige Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Betreuung modernster Gebäudetechnik durch. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die eigenständige Kundenberatung und die Bereitstellung passender Lösungen sowie die Ausführung von Serviceaufträgen. Sie arbeiten aktiv in unserem Kundendienst-Team mit und besetzen im Wechsel mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen den Notdienst. Zusätzlich erstellen Sie Wartungsberichte und übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Dokumentation aller Arbeiten.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagentechniker SHK (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude am selbstständigen und engagierten Arbeiten im Team zeichnet Sie aus
  • Sie interessieren sich für Weiterbildung in Bereich der Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik
