Kooku X ist unser Geschäftsbereich für Executive Search auf Erfolgsbasis. Du übernimmst ihn als eigenständigen Bereich. Du gewinnst Mandate aus deinem eigenen Netzwerk, lieferst sie in Kooku-Qualität und baust den Bereich so auf, dass er nicht an einer einzelnen Person hängt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Vertrieb und Aufbau, erst danach auf Delivery. Headhunting läuft hier nach denselben Werten wie im Core Recruiting: transparent gegenüber Kunden und Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten und auf Augenhöhe.

Wie wir arbeiten

Unser Ansatz heißt data driven and human centred: KI-gestützte Recruiting-Prozesse, kombiniert mit echter Beziehungsarbeit. Wir nutzen Tools, wo sie Zeit sparen, ohne den Blick auf Menschen zu verlieren. Wir trennen Führung bewusst in drei Rollen. Ein Coach begleitet deine persönliche Entwicklung. Ein Process Owner trägt die fachliche Klarheit in seinem Bereich. Das Management setzt Rahmen und Ressourcen. Für dich als Process Owner von Kooku X heißt das: Du entscheidest, wie Kooku Executive Search macht. Disziplinarisch führen Mathias Mengel und Josefine Loewe, deine persönliche Entwicklung begleitet eine eigene Coachin oder ein eigener Coach. Die Rolle hat kein Team und keine disziplinarische Verantwortung.

Deine Mission

  • Du akquirierst Executive-Search-Mandate aus deinem eigenen Netzwerk und durch aktive Neukundenansprache, vorrangig bei PE- und VC-Portfolios, Tech-Scale-ups und Mittelständlern in der Transformation, auf Director- und C-Level.
  • Du führst Mandate vom Briefing bis zur Besetzung und hältst den Kontakt zu Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten auch nach deren Start.
  • Du baust Kooku X als Marke und als Prozess auf, dokumentierst die Arbeitsweise und pflegst deine Pipeline vollständig im CRM.
  • Leads aus dem Core-Geschäft übernimmst du. Eigene Kontakte, die besser zu Recruiting on Demand oder Interim Recruiting passen, gibst du an das Sales-Team weiter.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast Geschäft nachweislich auf- oder ausgebaut: eigene Neukunden, ein Portfolio oder einen Bereich, und kannst das an konkreten Fällen zeigen.
  • Du machst aktiv Kaltakquise und verlässt dich nicht auf eingehende Anfragen.
  • Du bringst ein eigenes Entscheider-Netzwerk in einer Branche mit, bevorzugt Finance, alternativ Sales oder Tech.
  • Du kommunizierst stark, auch wenn dir widersprochen wird, und hältst dem stand statt auszuweichen.
  • Du hast eine mitreißende Persönlichkeit, die Kunden, Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sowie das Team mitnimmt, und kannst das belegen statt nur zu behaupten.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung mit erfolgsbasierten Suchen auf Director- und C-Level mit.
  • Du lebst Transparenz, Ownership, Augenhöhe und Empathie auch im Provisionsgeschäft.
  • Du führst deine Pipeline und deine Mandate nachvollziehbar im CRM, nicht nur im Kopf oder im eigenen Postfach.
