KOPAL wil verder groeien op een professionele en doordachte manier met de juiste mensen. Daarom zoeken we momenteel voor ons hoofdkantoor, gelegen in het West-Vlaamse Kortemark, momenteel een technisch medewerker productievoorbereiding & kwaliteitscontrole

Heb jij technisch inzicht, oog voor detail en werk je graag dicht bij de productie? Bij KOPAL combineer je het voorbereiden van productieorders en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit in het atelier. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze collega's met duidelijke en volledige productiebons aan de slag kunnen en dat onze poorten en omheiningen correct afgewerkt en compleet naar de klant vertrekken.

Jouw impact

Je ondersteunt onze productie, met bijzondere aandacht voor de maatwerkafdeling. Je werkt aan enkele en dubbele draaipoorten, vrijdragende schuifpoorten, schuifpoorten op rail en ander maatwerk voor omheiningen.

  • Je controleert productiebons op juistheid en volledigheid aan de hand van de klantbestelling en beschikbare technische informatie. Onduidelijkheden of ontbrekende gegevens stem je af vóór de productie start.
  • Vóór een product naar de lakkerij gaat, controleer je of de uitvoering overeenstemt met de productiebon en de productietekening, indien beschikbaar. Je kijkt onder meer naar maatvoering, draairichting, uitvoering, laswerk en de aanwezigheid van de vereiste onderdelen.
  • Na het lakken en vóór het verpakken controleer je opnieuw de uitvoering en volledigheid. Je beoordeelt de eindafwerking en lakafwerking en kijkt na of de juiste onderdelen en toebehoren worden meegeleverd.
  • Je registreert afwijkingen, bespreekt ze met de betrokken collega’s en volgt de correcties op vóór het product doorgaat naar de volgende stap of naar de klant vertrekt. Terugkerende fouten signaleer je aan de productieverantwoordelijke en je denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in een metaalverwerkende of andere productieomgeving.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen, maatvoering controleren en technische informatie vertalen naar duidelijke werkinstructies. Eenvoudige schetsen kunnen maken is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, zowel bij de voorbereiding van productiebons als bij controles op de werkvloer. Je durft afwijkingen aan te kaarten en volgt ze consequent op.
  • Je communiceert helder met de productieverantwoordelijke, lassers en andere collega’s. Je werkt vlot met de computer en leert graag onze interne systemen kennen.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole, werkvoorbereiding, laswerk, staal of aluminium is een troef. Kennis van poorten en omheiningen is mooi meegenomen.
