Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar em Auditoria Interna. Esta posição reportará ao Gerente de Auditoria e fará parte de uma Equipe Global de Auditoria Interna baseada em vários locais internacionais. Esta posição será responsável pelos projetos de asseguração, assessoria, investigação e análise de dados no Brasil, mas também poderá participar de projetos em outras regiões (América do Norte, EMEA e APAC).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs responsabilidades incluem, mas não se limitam a:• Participar como membro da equipe de Auditoria Interna Global para contribuir na formulação do plano de Auditoria Global. Compilar e implementar o plano anual de Auditoria Interna para a área de responsabilidade;• Aplicar o conhecimento das práticas da BR Contabilidade, regulamentos, compliance e outras diretrizes GAAP/FASB;• Gerenciar efetivamente projetos de auditoria individualmente e como parte de uma equipe;• Implementar as melhores práticas de auditoria e negócios de acordo com as declarações de auditoria interna aplicáveis;• Trabalhar para identificar e reduzir todos os riscos comerciais e financeiros por meio da implementação e monitoramento eficazes dos controles;• Identificar e avaliar áreas de risco comercial significativo e fazer recomendações sobre como mitigá-las para resolvê-las;• Implementar políticas e procedimentos de auditoria interna de acordo com as melhores práticas locais e internacionais;• Conduzir investigações ad hoc sobre riscos identificados ou relatados;• Supervisionar auditorias baseadas em risco cobrindo processos operacionais e financeiros;• Criar, implementar e visualizar consultas utilizando ferramentas de análise de dados;• Realizar atividades de acompanhamento para garantir que os planos de ação relacionados com as recomendações sejam implementados de forma oportuna e eficaz;• Garantir que informações de auditoria completas, precisas e oportunas sejam relatadas à Administração e/ou Comitês de Risco.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê precisa ter:• Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração, Engenharia Industrial, Ciência da Computação, Análise de Dados ou afins;• CIA, CFE, CISA, CPA ou certificações de risco, auditoria ou conformidade semelhantes são fortemente preferidas;• Experiência de trabalho em auditoria interna, externa, análise de dados ou tecnologias da informação;• Inglês fluente;• Deve ser autodirigido e ter capacidade de atuar sem supervisão próxima.Você se destaca se tiver:• Conhecimento em ferramentas de auditoria, análise de dados e visualização (ACL, IDEA, QlikView, Tableau e/ou Power BI) é altamente desejável;• Sem restrições para viagens internacionais.Informações adicionaisPlano médicoReembolso odontológico (%)Reembolso de Medicamentos/Psicoterapia (%)Roteiro fretado ou reembolso de combustívelRefeitório no localFisioterapia no localPR (Participação de Resultados)14º salárioTrabalho híbridoSeguro de vida Folga mensalTelemedicina 24hDay Off no seu aniversário 🥳
