En tant qu’infirmier mobile, vous assurez les soins infirmiers techniques et le suivi clinique des résidents au sein de différentes maisons Korian du Brabant wallon. Vous adaptez votre pratique aux spécificités de chaque établissement et collaborez avec les équipes locales. Votre intervention contribue à assurer la continuité et la qualité des soins tout en renforçant les équipes selon leurs besoins.

Votre rôle comprend notamment les tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers techniques et le suivi clinique des résidents
  • Contribuer à la continuité et à l’optimisation des soins dans les différentes maisons
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des soins, des dossiers, des transmissions et des traitements
  • Soutenir les équipes locales et collaborer à l’organisation des soins
  • Construire une relation de confiance avec les résidents et leurs proches

Exigences:

Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en trouvant rapidement votre place au sein de différentes équipes. Votre flexibilité et votre capacité d’adaptation vous permettent de répondre aux spécificités de chaque maison. Attentif à la qualité des soins, vous veillez à proposer un accompagnement personnalisé aux résidents.

Autres exigences :

  • un brevet d’infirmier ou un bachelier d’infirmier responsable en soins généraux avec visa valide
  • une bonne maîtrise du français
