Als verzorgende binnen onze dienst gezins- en bejaardenhulp help je mensen om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en comfortabel in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving te blijven wonen. Je ondersteunt ouderen, personen met een handicap en andere zorgbehoevenden bij dagelijkse taken en biedt hen de hulp die ze nodig hebben om hun zelfstandigheid te behouden.

Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van thuiszorg en ondersteuning binnen de assistentiewoningen van Ter Bleuk in Bonheiden. Samen met een vaste equipe zorg je ervoor dat bewoners elke dag kunnen rekenen op ondersteuning tijdens de ochtend- en avondmomenten. Afhankelijk van jouw gewenste werkuren wordt je planning opgesteld op basis van jouw beschikbaarheden en wensen.

Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met cliënten en bewoners en maakt met jouw aanwezigheid iedere dag een zichtbaar verschil. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar kan je steeds rekenen op ondersteuning vanuit Korian Home Care.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • het ondersteunen van huishoudelijke taken bij ouderen, personen met een handicap en zorgbehoevenden thuis;
  • het geheel of gedeeltelijk overnemen van dagelijkse taken afhankelijk van de zorgvraag;
  • het uitvoeren van taken zoals strijken, wassen, koken, boodschappen doen en administratieve ondersteuning;
  • het bieden van oppas, kinderopvang en ondersteuning bij lichaamsverzorging;
  • het ondersteunen van de zorgkundige ochtend- en avondtoer binnen de assistentiewoningen van Ter Bleuk.

Je bent een zorgzame en sociaal voelende persoon die graag zelfstandig werkt en energie haalt uit het ondersteunen van mensen in hun dagelijkse leven. Je bouwt gemakkelijk een vertrouwensband op, bent flexibel inzetbaar en weet goed in te spelen op de verschillende noden van cliënten en bewoners. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en positieve houding bied je elke dag zorg met oprechte aandacht.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma verzorgende, gezins- en sanitaire hulp, kinderverzorging of zorgkundige;
  • een flexibele, gedreven en sociaalvoelende ingesteldheid;
  • het bezit van een wagen;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • flexibele beschikbaarheid op donderdag en vrijdag, aangevuld met andere uren in overleg.
