Ein Mitarbeiter oder eine Mitarbeiterin für alle Fälle! Du bist unser Joker im Spiel, die Geheimwaffe im Hintergrund und der Retter in der Not – wenn’s irgendwo klemmt, bist du schon da! Egal ob auf dem Hof, auf einer Baumaschine oder an der Waage, du behältst den Überblick und packst mit an.

Baumaschinenführer:

  • Bedienung und Steuerung verschiedenster Baumaschinen wie Radlader, Recycling-/Umschlagbagger und Gabelstapler
  • Be- und Entladung von Fahrzeugen mit Bagger und Radlader
  • Vorsortierung und Umschichtung von Entsorgungsfraktionen mit dem Bagger
  • Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen, um einen störungsfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten

Hofarbeiten:

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Betriebsablaufs auf dem Hof
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf dem Betriebsgelände

Waage & Kundenbetreuung:

  • Bedienung der Waage und Abwicklung der Verwiegungsvorgänge
  • Verwaltung der Barkasse sowie Ausstellung und Prüfung von Lieferscheinen
  • Freundlicher und professioneller Kundenservice vor Ort sowie am Telefon

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Führen und Bedienen verschiedener Baumaschinen
  • Gutes handwerkliches und technisches Geschick
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer und erfahrener Umgang mit Kunden – sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich
  • Mobilität und Bereitschaft, flexibel auch als Springer auf den anderen Niederlassungen zu unterstützen, wo gerade Verstärkung gebraucht wird
