Um weiter zu wachsen, suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Vertriebskundenberater (m/w/d) - die/der unser Team für beide Unternehmen stärkt und mit Leidenschaft neue Projekte ermöglicht. 💪

In dieser Rolle bist du die Stimme nach außen – Bedarfsanalyse, Angebotserstellung und Abschlüsse von Verträgen per Telefon oder vor Ort gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Technik- und Projektteam zusammen, um nachhaltige und wirtschaftlich starke Lösungen zu realisieren.

🔆 Deine Aufgaben

✔️ Bearbeitung von Inbound-Anfragen und Outbound-Calls (Lead Qualifikation & Beratung) sowohl zu PV-Anlagen für Privat- und Gewerbekunden als auch für alle Immobiliendienstleistungen

✔️ Qualifizierung von Leads, Bedarfsanalyse, Angebotserstellung und Abschluss von Verträgen per Telefon oder vor Ort.​

✔️ Cross-Selling von Wallboxen, Smart Home Energy Management Systemen und weiteren Cross-Selling Angeboten

✔️ Nachverfolgung offener Anfragen im CRM und Terminplanung für Vor-Ort-Besuche.​

✔️ Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten – kein Tag ist wie der andere!

✔️ Marktpräsenz stärken & den digitalen Wandel in der Immobilienverwaltung vorantreiben

⚡ Dein Profil

✅ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar, idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Solar-Vertrieb und-oder in der Immobiliendienstleistung

✅ Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft, technisches Verständnis für Photovoltaik und Kundenorientierung

✅ Sichere MS-Office- und CRM-Kenntnisse, Eigeninitiative sowie Leidenschaft für erneuerbare Energien.​
