Als Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (w/m/d) bei KoRo treibst du unser Tech-Wachstum voran, steuerst das Recruiting end-to-end und baust daten- sowie KI-gestützt die besten Teams für unsere Zukunft auf.

WORAN DU ARBEITEST:

- End-to-End Recruiting: Du verantwortest den gesamten Hiring-Prozess für unsere Tech-Fachbereiche von der Profilschärfung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung auf Augenhöhe mit den Hiring Managern.

- Active Sourcing & Pipeline: Du baust zielgruppenspezifische Sourcing-Strategien für Tech-Talente auf, steuerst deine Quoten datenbasiert und nutzt Automatisierungen sowie Communities.

- HR-Tech & KI-Integration: Du testest und integrierst eigenverantwortlich neue Tools wie KI-gestütztes Sourcing oder automatisierte Interview-Planung in unserem ATS Ashby.

- Reporting & Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst regelmäßig Recruiting-Funnels, Time-to-Hire sowie Conversion-Rates und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen für die Candidate Journey ab.

- Mentoring & Strategy: Du stehst dem TA-Team als Sparringspartner:in zur Seite, treibst strategische HR-Projekte voran und teilst deine Expertise durch Trainings.

WAS DU MITBRINGST:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting mit starkem Fokus auf Tech-Rollen sowie ein relevantes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

- Exzellente ATS- und Tech-Expertise: Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem ATS Ashby mit, nutzt moderne Sourcing-Methoden und hast ein starkes Interesse an KI-Technologien.

- Datengetriebener Blick: Du analysierst Funnels souverän, denkst in skalierbaren Prozessen und agierst pragmatisch sowie lösungsorientiert.

- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bringst viel Eigeninitiative für die dynamische Start-up-Welt mit und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick.

- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie deinen Lebensmittelpunkt im Raum Berlin (oder Umzugsbereitschaft).

- Standort: Du lebst in Berlin oder bist bereit für den Job nach Berlin zu ziehen.
