Buscamos um profissional interessado em ajudar as pessoas a resolver problemas, que tenha conhecimento com algum sistema ERP e grande senso analítico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNa equipe de suporte cada atendente é responsável por uma área, sendo uma pessoa responsável pelo módulo de Vendas, outra pelo módulo de Faturamento, outro pelo Financeiro e assim por diante. Este planejamento foi realizado a fim de que cada atendente tenha domínio na área em que atua e para que tenha um vasto aprendizado nos fluxos e na própria regra de negócio, desta forma sendo especialista no assunto e passando confiança na comunicação com os clientes.Possuímos o SLA de atendimentos de acordo com a urgência do assunto e nossa meta é realizar o atendimento de maneira ágil, objetiva e eficiente, a fim de sanar a dúvida do cliente cumprindo com nosso SLA.Sendo assim, suas tarefas serão:Atender de forma remota aos usuários do sistema;Realizar o suporte do sistema;Analisar o chamado do usuário para solucionar;Analisar e simular as situações informadas pelo cliente a fim de direcionar a necessidade;Inserir no sistema, com clareza e objetividade, as informações necessárias para compreensão do atendimento.Atender com excelência os clientes internos e externos;Analisar os dados da solicitação do cliente para compreender urgência de resolução;Construir bom relacionamento com a equipe de desenvolvimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil analista e observador;Senso de urgência;Experiência com ERP, pode ser como usuário do sistema;Saber se expressar com clareza para o cliente nos diversos tipos de comunicação (Escrita via chat/chamados ou oral via contato telefônico);Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.Curso superior em andamento ou concluído na áreas de Ciências Contábeis ou afins;Conhecimento de regras de negócio voltada a fiscal e contábil.Informações adicionaisVaga presencialLocalidade: Curitiba - ParanáHorário: 08:30 às 12h e das 13h ás 17:30 - Segunda a sexta-feira.Benefícios:Vale transporte;Vale alimentação e refeição (flex);Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Totalpass.
