Asiakasneuvojana olet tärkeässä roolissa varmistamassa, että asiakkaamme saavat asiantuntevaa, ystävällistä ja sujuvaa palvelua eri kanavissa. Sinulla on hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot sekä aitoa halua kehittyä.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa asiakaspalvelua, laskutusta ja sähkösopimusten käsittelyä monikanavaisessa ympäristössä. Olet myös tiimipelaaja, jolla on asiakaslähtöinen työote ja positiivinen asenne.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää:

  • alalle soveltuvaa koulutusta ja aiempaa kokemusta asiakaspalvelutyöstä
  • hyviä yhteistyötaitoja ja tilannetajua
  • hyviä tietoteknisiä valmiuksia sekä kiinnostusta erilaisten järjestelmien käyttöön
  • kykyä omaksua uusia asioita ja toimia muuttuvassa työympäristössä

Työkielenäsi on suomi ja englannin ja ruotsin kielen osaaminen katsotaan eduksi. Tehtävässä energiateollisuuden toimihenkilöiden TES:n vaatimustason 5 mukainen palkkaus huomioiden aiempi työkokemuksesi ja osaamisesi.
