The posting

AI laten werken bij één klant of in één proces is mooi. Zorgen dat het veilig, betrouwbaar en herbruikbaar in de hele organisatie draait, dat is jouw werk. Als AI Platform Engineer bouw je aan de technische basis onder de AI oplossingen van Korton. Zo draag je direct bij aan NEXT AI, het interne project waarin we ons eigen AI platform bouwen.

Je werkt in het Platform team, samen met de AI Engineer. Jij bouwt generiek, de AI Engineer maakt het lokaal werkend. Ook buiten AI adviseer je over technische standaarden binnen Korton, in afstemming met de IT Architect.

Dit ga je doen

Het zwaartepunt van je rol ligt bij het gedeelde AI platform. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder meer:

  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert de centrale agent runtime, orchestration en integratiearchitectuur;
  • Je ontwerpt herbruikbare standaarden voor API, MCP en A2A integraties;
  • Je beheert de centrale Git repositories en richt versiebeheer, testomgevingen, CI/CD, releases en rollback in;
  • Je borgt veiligheid en controle met tenantisolatie, RBAC, secrets management, logging, observability en evals;
  • Je vertaalt lokale behoeften uit de afdelingen naar generieke platformcapabilities en adviseert wat centraal en wat lokaal kan;
  • Je coacht de AI Engineer en deelt je kennis met jouw Korton collega's.

  • Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- denkniveau;
  • Je hebt minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring als software engineer of platformengineer;
  • Je bent een sterke ontwikkelaar, bij voorkeur fullstack, met ervaring in productieomgevingen en bedrijfskritische software;
  • Je hebt ervaring met cloudplatformen, containers, API's en gedistribueerde systemen;
  • Je kunt goed uit de voeten met AI agents, LLM applicaties en orchestration;
  • Je hebt kennis van security, identity, multitenancy en enterprise governance;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt technisch eigenaarschap en vertaalt complexe architectuur naar heldere kaders voor anderen.
