Sie behalten auch bei vielen Aufgaben den Überblick, arbeiten strukturiert und haben Interesse an technischen Themen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen unseren technischen Bereich bei der kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Abwicklung vielfältiger Aufgaben.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet • Koordination, Beauftragung und Überwachung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen • Pflege und Verwaltung technischer Bestandsdaten • Bearbeitung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im technischen Bereich • Abwicklung des Gewährleistungsmanagements • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen einschließlich Protokollführung und Terminüberwachung • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Großversicherungsschäden • Beauftragung, Abrechnung und Kostencontrolling im Leerwohnungsprogramm

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen oder in einem technischen Umfeld • Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in SAP und ORCA • Selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
