Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

  • Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards Conduct trial runs and handover to customers

Service & Maintenance

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems

Field Support & Troubleshooting

  • Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis Support junior service engineers and technicians at site Coordinate with R&D and Production for recurring issues and improvements

Customer Coordination

  • Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel Ensure timely closure of service calls

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain service reports, logs, and maintenance records Provide feedback to management on field performance and issues

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company safety policies
