Key Responsibilities

Store & Inventory Management

  • Manage inward, storage, and issuance of materials Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels Ensure proper identification, labelling, and preservation of materials Conduct periodic stock verification

Coordination

  • Coordinate with PPC and Production for material planning Coordinate with Design/R&D for BOM clarification and changes Coordinate with the Electronics team for electrical/electronic components Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and quality issues

Quality & Documentation

  • Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards Maintain purchase, GRN, and store documentation Support audits and compliance requirements

Cost & Process Control

  • Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development

Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
