Als Großgerätefahrer:in/Baugeräteführer:in/Bergmechaniker:in unter Tage im Bergmännischen Bereich der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Neuhof übernehmen Sie im Drei-Schicht-System ab dem nächstmöglichen Einstieg die nachfolgenden Aufgaben. Wir haben dauerhaften Personalbedarf. Daher werden wir uns bei Ihnen melden, sobald konkrete Stellen zu besetzen sind.

  • Bedienen von Standardgewinnungsmaschinen (z. B. Lademaschinen, Großloch-/Sprenglochbohrwagen)
  • Herstellen der First- und Stoßsicherheit, Beheben von Mängeln sowie Veranlassen der Beseitigung der Mängel
  • Durchführen aller Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Lagerstätte/Geologie
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Durchführen der operativen Wetterführung nach Anweisung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Großgerätefahrer:in/Baugeräteführer:in/Bergmechaniker:in
  • Praktische Erfahrungen aus Tätigkeiten im Bergbau, Tunnel-, Straßen- oder Tiefbau vorteilhaft
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung für die dauerhafte Tätigkeit unter Tage (Grubentauglichkeit), Untersuchung erfolgt am Standort
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Drei-Schicht-System, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und sicherheitsbewusstes Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
