YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Principais Tarefas

  • Desenvolver processos de avaliação de riscos profissionais e colaborar no planeamento e implementação do sistema de gestão de prevenção de riscos profissionais da empresa.
  • Conceber, programar e desenvolver medidas de prevenção e de proteção.
  • Colaborar na conceção de locais, métodos e organização do trabalho, bem como na escolha e na manutenção de equipamentos de trabalho.
  • Selecionar e ensaiar equipamentos de proteção individual.
  • Avaliar as condições de trabalho.
  • Proceder à inspeção técnica de instalações operacionais e de equipamento técnico de trabalho, especialmente antes da entrada em funcionamento, e dos procedimentos de trabalho, especialmente antes da sua introdução.
  • Assegurar a aplicação das medidas de segurança e da prevenção de acidentes.
  • Análise e caracterização de acidentes de trabalho.
  • Implementar o processo de melhoria contínua recorrendo a ferramentas de Lean Management.
  • Identificar potenciais de melhoria.
  • Realizar análises regulares aos processos para eliminar estrangulamentos e tornar os processos mais eficientes.
  • Planear e implementar os projetos Lean.
  • Monitorizar e avaliar os projetos de melhoria contínua e o desempenho dos projetos Lean.

YOUR PROFILE

Perfil

  • Habilitações literárias: licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia ou área relevante.
  • Certificação em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (TSHST nível VI), fator preferencial.
  • Experiência em funções similares em contexto industrial, mínimo 2 anos, fator preferencial.
  • Domínio aprofundado da legislação SST.
  • Conhecimento em Lean Management e metodologias de melhoria contínua.
  • Conhecimento da norma ISO 9001.
  • Competências em gestão e análise de projetos e identificação de potenciais melhorias.
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação e de desenvolver um trabalho transversal com diferentes áreas.
  • Liderança de projetos e trabalho em equipa.
  • Orientação para resultados e para a melhoria contínua.
  • Espírito critico.
  • Fluente em inglês.
  • Conhecimentos de SAP.
  • Domínio de ferramentas informáticas na ótica do utilizador.
