  • Unterstütze den Head of Audit Marketing bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingaktivitäten für Audit und ESG.
  • Wirke bei integrierten Marketingkampagnen mit - von der strategischen Idee und Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung.
  • Berate und unterstütze interne Stakeholder bei der Auswahl geeigneter Marketingmassnahmen und übernimm eigenständig definierte Projekte und Aufgaben.
  • Plane und realisiere physische und digitale Kundenevents - von exklusiven Roundtables bis zu grösseren Fachveranstaltungen.
  • Erstelle, bearbeite und publiziere zielgruppengerechte Inhalte für Newsletter, Websites, Social Media, Publikationen und weitere Kommunikationskanäle in Deutsch und Englisch und optimiere diese nach SEO- und GEO-Prinzipien.
  • Wirke bei Publishing-Projekten wie Publikationen, Broschüren und Studien gemäss CI/CD-Vorgaben mit und koordiniere dabei externe Agenturen sowie interne Fachbereiche.
  • Nutze CRM-, E-Mail-Marketing- und Publishing-Tools für die zielgerichtete Planung, Distribution, Analyse und Erfolgsmessung von Marketingmassnahmen und Kampagnen.

Deshalb bist du erfolgreich ##

  • Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise 1-2 Jahre, mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Marketingmassnahmen und Kampagnen
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben und Projekte sowie in der Planung und Umsetzung physischer und digitaler Kundenevents
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Content für Websites, Newsletter, Social Media und weitere Kommunikationskanäle
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen sowie Interesse an Video- und Content-Formaten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse digitaler Tools und MS Office; Kenntnisse in CRM, E-Mail-Marketing, generativer AI, SEO/GEO und Design-Tools sind von Vorteil.
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gutes Gespür für Branding, Design und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie teamorientierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, Verantwortung für eigene Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
