¡Nuestra área de Outsourcing está en búsqueda de profesionales para el cargo de Analista de Remuneraciones!

El perfil se encuentra orientado a profesionales con alta motivación y vocación por el rubro, con deseo de aprender, crecer profesionalmente y generar ambientes gratos de trabajo. Se espera que el profesional sea una persona metódica, ordenada y confiable.

Se necesita que el profesional desempeñe las siguientes tareas:

  • Procesamiento de remuneraciones, beneficios y pagos previsionales.
  • Tramitar y controlar licencias médicas.
  • Confección de contratos, finiquitos y liquidaciones de sueldo.
  • Centralización contable y emisiones de previsiones.
  • Revisión de números de manerca minuciosa y con meticulosidad.

*Importante: se ofrece un contrato inicial a plazo fijo 3 meses, con posibilidades de pasar a indefinido

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Formación de contador/ ingeniero comercial/ingeniería o administración de RRHH.
  • 2 años de experiencia en procesos de remuneraciones, contratos, finiquitos.
  • Control de vacaciones, ausentismos y licencias médica.
  • Capacidad de gestionar, controlar y analizar información del área de remuneraciones.
  • Dominio deseable en Excel y sistema BUK.
  • Se busca una persona con altas capacidades de organización, metódica, con alta orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
  • Buena disposición y habilidades de comunicación para tratar con clientes.
  • Motivación para desempeñar el cargo.
