¡En KPMG Chile estamos en búsqueda de un/a Practicante para nuestra área de Desarrollo Organizacional y People Analytics - Gestión de Personas!

Funciones principales 👀:

  • Apoyo en el proceso completo de Gestión del Desempeño.
  • Participación en iniciativas de Clima Laboral y Reconocimientos.
  • Apoyo en proceso de encuesta de Clima Laboral.
  • Apoyo con informes y Focus groups a las distintas áreas.
  • Apoyo en el programa de tutorías para el área de Auditoría.
  • Apoyo en el proceso de renuncias de la Firma.
  • Coordinación y realización de actividades para fortalecer la Cultura Organizacional.

Requisitos

Para postular, deberás cumplir con los siguientes requerimientos🔎:

  • Estar cursando la carrera de Psicología.
  • Contar con SEGURO ESCOLAR MÉDICO y CARTA DE SOLICITUD POR PARTE DE TU UNIVERSIDAD.
  • Contar con disponibilidad de 5 a 6 meses para realizar la práctica, desde enero/febrero de 2027.
  • Disponibilidad fulltime (no excluyente).
  • Manejo intermedio de: Inglés, Excel y Power Point.
  • Tener altas habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas.
  • Motivación por aprender y desarrollarte en el área de Desarrollo Organizacional.
