Estamos buscando un/a practicante con un marcado enfoque computacional, motivado/a por la automatización de procesos, scripting, manejo de datos y optimización de flujos. Este perfil será clave para apoyar al equipo de Riesgo de Crédito (Advisory) en sus desarrollos tecnológicos y en la implementación de mejoras operacionales.

Si disfrutas programar, automatizar, optimizar y resolver problemas técnicos, este es tu lugar.

🚀 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Desarrollo de scripts en Python, R o SQL para automatizar flujos y procesos internos.
  • Apoyo en la construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos.
  • Implementación de automatizaciones para reportes y modelos.
  • Apoyo en tareas relacionadas con machine learning (nivel formativo).
  • Optimización y limpieza de bases de datos.
  • Documentación técnica de procesos desarrollados.
  • Colaboración con analistas en proyectos cuantitativos y regulatorios.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitas para postular?:

  • Estudiantes de Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería Matemática, Estadística o Ingeniería Industrial con fuerte orientación tecnológica.
  • Conocimientos en Python y/o R para uso práctico.
  • Conocimiento en SQL (valorado).
  • Interés en automatización, data pipelines, scripting y eficiencia operativa.
  • Conocimientos básicos en machine learning (deseable).
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
  • Proactividad, curiosidad técnica y capacidad para aprender herramientas nuevas.
  • Disponibilidad para ingresar en agosto y realizar la práctica durante mínimo 3 meses.
