En KPMG Chile, buscamos incorporar a un/a Senior al equipo de Precios de Transferencia, parte de nuestra línea de Tax & Legal. Esta área se especializa en asesorar a empresas multinacionales en el cumplimiento de normativas fiscales internacionales, mediante el análisis económico y financiero de sus operaciones intercompañía. Es una disciplina desafiante y dinámica, que combina conocimientos de economía, contabilidad, finanzas y normativa tributaria internacional.

Tus principales funciones serían:

  • Apoyo en la elaboración de estudios de Precios de Transferencia y análisis económicos.
  • Búsqueda de comparables para el análisis de transacciones entre empresas relacionadas.
  • Análisis de información financiera y funcional de compañías.
  • Evaluación de préstamos intercompañía utilizando distintas metodologías y herramientas.
  • Desarrollo de análisis sectoriales e industriales.

Requisitos

¿Que necesitas para postular? 👀

  • Titulado/a de Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial, Auditoría o carreras afines.
  • Tener entre 3 - 5 años de experiencia en el área.
  • Contar con base técnica en análisis económico, documentación de precios de transferencia y atención de clientes.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
  • Inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimientos en contabilidad y finanzas.
