Om tjänsten

I rollen som Manager inom managementkonsulting leder och genomför du transformations- och förbättringsprojekt för våra kunder inom offentlig sektor, med särskilt fokus på statliga myndigheter, större kommuner och regioner. Du ansvarar för att driva projekt från start till mål, samarbeta med seniora kollegor och bidra till att utveckla KPMG:s metoder och erbjudande inom området.

Du får möjlighet att utveckla din konsultkompetens genom att arbeta med komplexa utmaningar tillsammans med dedikerade kollegor och vara med på vår fortsatta tillväxtresa inom offentlig sektor.

  • Minst 5 års relevant erfarenhet från managementkonsulting, gärna med erfarenhet av förändrings- och strategiprojekt inom offentlig sektor.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  • Akademisk examen inom statsvetenskap, juridik, ekonomi, teknik eller motsvarande område.
  • Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med beslutsfattare och bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.
  • Erfarenhet av att sälja rådgivning inom verksamhetsutveckling.
  • Förmåga att leda projektteam och ett genuint intresse för att utveckla både kunder och medarbetare.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med digitala lösningar, exempelvis ärendehantering, ekonomisystem, HR-system eller inköpssystem.
  • Meriterande om du har arbetat inom offentlig sektor, t.ex. på statliga myndigheter, kommuner eller regioner.
  • Vi förutsätter att du har en bakgrund från en ledande konsult- eller rådgivningsmiljö, exempelvis MBB, Big 4 eller motsvarande.
