Du möchtest die digitale Welt nicht nur nutzen, sondern aktiv mitgestalten? In Deiner Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Daten- und Prozessanalyse lernst Du, Geschäftsprozesse, Datenflüsse und Strukturen in unserer Kanzlei zu verstehen, zu bewerten und weiterzuentwickeln. Du analysierst Daten, arbeitest an der Optimierung von Abläufen und unterstützt uns dabei, die Digitalisierung ganzheitlich voranzutreiben.

Im Laufe Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du, Datenquellen aufzubereiten, ihre Qualität sicherzustellen und Datenmodelle mitzugestalten. In der Berufsschule und im Praxisalltag erhältst Du Einblicke in Themen wie Datenanalyse, Prozessmodellierung, Automatisierung und Business Intelligence. Du arbeitest von Anfang an interdisziplinär – zusammen mit der IT, Fachabteilungen und Anwendern – und entwickelst Ideen, wie digitale Prozesse effizienter gestaltet werden können. Schritt für Schritt wirst Du zum wichtigen Bindeglied zwischen Datenwelt und Praxis. Werde Teil des KPP-Teams und starte mit uns in Deine IT-Zukunft!

  • Analyse von Geschäfts- und Arbeitsprozessen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial
  • Aufbereitung und Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Gestaltung erster Datenmodelle
  • Einblicke in Datenanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und Business-Intelligence – in der Berufsschule und im Betrieb
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen, IT und Anwendern zur Entwicklung effizienter digitaler Lösungen

Du passt zu uns, wenn Du neugierig bist, mitdenkst und Lust hast, etwas zu bewegen:

  • Du hast mindestens einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (Realschule), die Fachhochschulreife oder das Abitur in der Tasche oder stehst kurz vor Deinem Abschluss.
  • Du interessierst Dich für Informatik, Datenanalyse und möchtest verstehen, wie Prozesse funktionieren und verbessert werden können.
  • Analytisches Denken, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse bringst Du bereits mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist engagiert und bereit, sowohl im Betrieb als auch in der Schule aktiv mitzuwirken.
  • Ideal – aber nicht notwendig – sind erste Berührungspunkte mit SQL, Datenbanken oder einer Skriptsprache.
