Safety Audit Team은 중대재해 및 산업안전보건법 대응을 포함한 전사 안전보건 감사 및 진단 실행을 총괄하는 핵심 부서입니다.

본 포지션은 회사로부터 안전·보건 관련 조직 운영, 인력배치, 예산 수립, 리스크 대응 및 보고 체계 구축 등 전반적인 의사결정 권한을 위임받아, 크래프톤이 직면할 수 있는 산업안전 및 중대재해 리스크를 체계적으로 예방·관리하고, 전사 차원의 안전 문화를 정착시키는 역할을 수행합니다.

  • 안전보건 분야 사업장 감사 및 진단/사업장 지원
  • 전사 안전보건 감사 전략 및 진단 체계 설계, 계획 수립 및 Checklist 관리
  • 사업장 정기/수시 감사 및 진단, 안전보건 관계법령 준수 평가
  • 감사 결과 기반 개선/시정조치 정책 및 예방 전략 수립
  • 내부 심사 및 외부 인증 대응 지원
  • 사업장 위험성평가 및 현장 안전진단/개선
  • 구성원 안전문화 진단 및 향상 프로그램 기획/운영
  • 사고조사, 데이터 분석 기반 재발방지 정책 및 관리기준 설계

이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)

  • 안전보건 감사/진단/컴플라이언스 관련 경력 8년 이상
  • 복수 사업장 또는 글로벌 조직 감사 전략 수립, 감사 체계 및 심사 기준 설계 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 전사 차원의 사업장 안전보건 점검 계획 수립 및 실행 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 안전보건 진단 Checklist 작성 및 운영 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 대내외 비상상황/사고 대응 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

  • 안전공학, 산업보건 등 유관전공 석사 이상 학위 보유하신 분

  • KOSHA_MS, ISO45001 심사원 자격을 보유하고 심사활동 경험 등 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
