Mitarbeiter/in Lager/Logistik \& Verkaufsinnendienst (m/w/d) 100 %

Ihre Aufgaben:

50% Lager/Logistik

  • Abwicklung und Kontrolle des Waren Ein\- und \-ausgangs inklusive systemseitiger Verbuchung
  • Fachgerechtes Einlagern, Kommissionieren, Verpacken und Bereitstellen von Kundenaufträgen für den Versand
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen und Versanddokumenten
  • Durchführung von Inventuren und Klärung von Bestandsdifferenzen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und der Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Lager\- und Logistikprozesse

50% Verkaufsinnendienst

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer B2B\-Kunden und Handelspartner
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Offerte bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers Schweiz und des Aussendienstes
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im ERP\-System
  • Koordination mit Verkauf, Logistik und weiteren internen Stellen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Debitoren in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachstellen
  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung und Verkaufsförderung in den relevanten Sprachregionen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ/EBA oder kaufmännische Ausbildung; Erfahrung im jeweils anderen Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik und/oder im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse inklusive Schweizerdeutsch sowie Französischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau C1; Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • SUVA\-anerkannter Staplerausweis von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit
