- Lead response efforts for safety incidents, near misses, and operational events, including root-cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and lessons-learned implementation.

- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and training sections to incorporate safety planning and risk mitigation into daily operations, testing operations, and facility processes across all sites.

- Work closely with the Company Explosives Operations Manager to support safe R&D explosives testing operations and ensure compliance with applicable NC DOL, OSHA, and related regulatory requirements.

- Manage required safety records, regulatory reporting, permits, and compliance documentation in accordance with applicable NC DOL, OSHA, environmental, and other relevant federal, state, and local requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
