Direkt am Zürichsee im Seefeld Quartier verbindet das Lake Side mediterrane Küche mit ibizenkischem Lebensgefühl. Grosszügige Terrassen, lebendiger Restaurantbetrieb, Bars und eindrucksvolle Bankette mit bis zu 1800 Gästen sorgen für Dynamik, Tempo und kulinarische Vielfalt.

Deine Zutaten für ein gelungenes Gericht -----------------------------------------

Als Sous Chef wird die Küche aktiv mitgestaltet und gemeinsam mit dem Küchenchef für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt. Die Produktion wird koordiniert, Speisen werden vorbereitet und die täglichen Abläufe so organisiert, dass Qualität und Timing auch in intensiven Servicezeiten stimmen.

Auch bei der Planung wird mitgedacht. Dienstpläne und Mitarbeitereinteilungen werden mitgestaltet, Warenlieferungen entgegengenommen und kontrolliert sowie eine sorgfältige Lagerhaltung der Produkte sichergestellt.

Bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs wird Verantwortung übernommen und die Küche souverän geführt. Qualität, Sauberkeit und Hygiene nach HACCP Richtlinien gehören dabei selbstverständlich zum täglichen Handwerk.

Nach welchem Rezept arbeiten wir --------------------------------

Gesucht wird eine ausgebildete Köchin oder ein ausgebildeter Koch mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung auf verschiedenen Küchenposten und dem Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Leidenschaft für das Kochen und Freude an frischen Produkten treffen auf Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Auch wenn es in der Küche hoch hergeht, bleiben Qualität, Übersicht und Teamgeist zentrale Zutaten. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.
