Il tuo ruolo

In qualità di Account Manager, sarai responsabile sul territorio di tutte le attività necessarie al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità nella tua area di vendita (Lombardia ad eccezione della provincia di Mantova). Inoltre, sarai responsabile dello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, in stretta collaborazione con i colleghi del Customer Service.

L’obiettivo è costruire una partnership duratura con i clienti, garantendo il massimo livello di soddisfazione e redditività. Svilupperai e manterrai le relazioni con i clienti attraverso visite regolari nell’area assegnata.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Tradurre la strategia aziendale in una chiara strategia di crescita sul proprio territorio di competenza in accordo con il field sales manager.
  • Raccogliere, gestire ed elaborare informazioni e dati sui clienti e sul mercato, individuando opportunità di business e tendenze;
  • Gestire efficacemente l’intero processo di vendita, contribuendo all’acquisizione, alla fidelizzazione e allo sviluppo dei clienti mediante la creazione di partnership solide e di lungo periodo, basate sulla fiducia, sulla cura della relazione e sulla capacità di generare valore nel tempo;
  • Informare i clienti sulle attività di business e i vantaggi offerti dall’azienda evidenziando il valore aggiunto in termini di fatturato, assortimento dei prodotti, campagne promozionali e servizi.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

  • Esperienza professionale maturata in ruolo analogo o come impiegato/a commerciale, anche di back office, addetto alla vendita al banco o addetto ufficio acquisti.
  • Esperienza, anche minima, maturata nella vendita nei settori agricolo, forestale e giardinaggio, movimento terra o altri settori affini che richiedano un forte livello di partnership e servizio (accessoristica e ricambistica specifica, ecc.)
  • Residenza in Lombardia
  • Disponibilità a muoversi frequentemente sul territorio di riferimento per effettuare visite e incontri commerciali
  • Conoscenza discreta della lingua inglese
