📌 Le poste

Nous recrutons un Responsable de Secteur Commercial H/F, en CDI, pour couvrir 4 départements : les Ardennes, la Meurthe et Moselle, la Meuse et la Moselle (08, 55, 54, 57).

🎯 Tes missions :

  • Suivre et animer un portefeuille de clients du marché agricole et celui de la motoculture.
  • Promouvoir notre concept, notre offre et nos services digitaux,
  • Tout mettre en œuvre pour satisfaire les clients,
  • Mener des actions de prospection sur la partie travaux publics,
  • Être présent sur le terrain au plus près des clients.

👤 Ton profil :

Tu as de solides connaissances dans les univers de l’agriculture, de la motoculture et/ou des travaux publics, et une expérience confirmée en vente itinérante BtoB.

Autonome, organisé et ambitieux, tu aimes le contact avec les clients : c’est ce qui te donne envie de te lever le matin !

Grâce à ton excellent relationnel, ton empathie et ton esprit d’équipe, tu seras un véritable moteur pour notre croissance. 💪

Les points clés à valider :

✅ Expérience solide en BtoB dans un univers similaire

✅ Appétence à promouvoir un concept (chez nous : un responsable de secteur ne prend pas de commandes : il ne vend pas, c'est le client qui achète)

✅ Une bonne aisance avec les outils digitaux
