Il tuo ruolo

Come Warehouse Manager Italia sarai responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo delle attività di magazzino, assicurando elevati standard di sicurezza, qualità, produttività e coinvolgimento delle persone. Tradurrai gli obiettivi strategici in risultati operativi concreti, collaborando con stakeholder locali e internazionali per garantire un servizio eccellente ai nostri clienti.

Le tue principali responsabilità includono:

  • Guidare e sviluppare i team di magazzino per raggiungere gli obiettivi di servizio, qualità e produttività.
  • Garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro, promuovendo una solida cultura della salute e sicurezza.
  • Promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo finalizzate all'incremento dell'efficienza operativa e della qualità del servizio.
  • Monitorare i principali KPI operativi, pianificare la capacità produttiva e ottimizzare l'utilizzo delle risorse.
  • Collaborare con stakeholder nazionali e internazionali per implementare standard e best practice di Gruppo.

Il tuo team

Entrerai a far parte della funzione Operations e guiderai il team del magazzino italiano, collaborando quotidianamente con colleghi locali e funzioni internazionali del Gruppo.

  • Coordinerai Warehouse Supervisor e collaboratori operativi del magazzino, gestendo 4 riporti diretti.
  • Nel suo complesso, la logistica di Kramp Italia occupa circa 70 persone.
  • Sarai responsabile della crescita, dello sviluppo e della motivazione del team.
  • Riporterai direttamente all'Head of Operations Italy.
  • Pur operando principalmente sul mercato italiano, lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con i team Operations a livello europeo.

  • Forte leadership e capacità di coinvolgere, sviluppare e valorizzare le persone.
  • Orientamento ai risultati supportato da una spiccata capacità analitica e di problem solving.
  • Capacità di guidare il cambiamento e promuovere il miglioramento continuo.
  • Solide competenze organizzative e capacità di gestire contesti operativi complessi.
  • Esperienza in ruolo analogo maturata in aziende modernamente organizzate.
  • Laurea o livello equivalente di pensiero e lavoro.
  • Residenza nella provincia di Reggio nell'Emilia o limitrofe.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel

Offriamo un pacchetto retributivo competitivo, trasparente e orientato al benessere delle persone.

  • Offriamo una retribuzione lorda annua compresa tra € 49.000 e € 63.000, commisurata all'esperienza, alle competenze e al luogo di lavoro. La retribuzione annua mensile è suddivisa in 14 mensilità.
