Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Einkaufsleitung: Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Einkaufsaktivitäten
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Verhandlungsführung: Eigenständige Führung von Preis, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung effizienter Einkaufsprozesse
  • Führung und Entwicklung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Personalentwicklung des Einkaufsteams
  • Kennzahlen und Controlling: Überwachung relevanter Einkaufskennzahlen sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
  • Kostenoptimierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungs- und Einsparpotenzialen
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen und strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinenbau oder in der Landmaschinenbranche sowie im internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategisches Denken
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Innovationsgeist
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Infor COM
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägtes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden zwingend vorausgesetzt
