Kras Jeugdwerk organiseert uitdagende activiteiten in de vrije tijd van kinderen en jongeren tussen 6 en 25 jaar. We zijn actief met 10 werkingen in 20 Antwerpse aandachtswijken.

Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een jeugdwelzijnswerker voor Kras Kiel. Het gaat om een tijdelijk vervangingscontract van 19 tot 26,6 uur per week, zo snel mogelijk starten.

Wat je bij Kras doet

  • Als jeugdwelzijnswerk(st)er ben je actief in de wijk en organiseer je in samenspraak met kinderen, tieners en jongeren een activiteitenaanbod. Je bent steeds op zoek naar mogelijkheden om door middel van het jeugdwelzijnswerk kinderen, tieners en jongeren te versterken
  • Je komt terecht in een warm en divers team
  • Je organiseert activiteiten in de vrije tijd, zowel in de werking als op de pleintjes
  • Je organiseert daarnaast spelactiviteiten op school tijdens de middagpauze
  • Je werkt tijdens de vrijetijdsuren, dat wil zeggen na schooltijd en ook op zaterdag.
  • Je ondersteunt tieners en jongeren in functie van het welzijn van elk kind
  • Je ontwikkelt je eigen professionaliteit door te reflecteren, opleiding en intervisie te volgen en feedback te geven en ontvangen
  • Je wordt ondersteund, aangestuurd en geëvalueerd door de coördinator van het team
  • Je handelt steeds volgens de visie, missie en procedures van de organisatie
  • Je kan je vinden in onze missie en kernwaarden van de organisatie
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door het jeugdwelzijnswerk en wil engagement opnemen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en kent hun noden
  • Je bent goedlachs en beschikt over zin voor humor
  • Je bent avontuurlijk en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg
  • Je bent recht voor de raap en een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent goed in omgang met collega’s, ouders,...
  • Je neemt initiatief om zelf activiteiten op te zetten, in samenspraak met de tieners en jongeren
  • Je bent spontaan in het contact met andere betekenisvolle personen en partnerorganisaties
  • Je werkt in de vrije tijd, dit houdt avond- en weekendwerk in
  • Diploma in een sociale richting is wenselijk, maar geen vereiste
  • Ervaring in het werkveld is een pluspunt, geen vereiste
