- Understand that quality and productivity can coexist
- Are comfortable with modern diagnostic systems and technology
- Communicate effectively with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Are dependable and accountable
- Want to continue developing their skills
- Understand the level of craftsmanship expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand
Mercedes-Benz experience and certifications are highly valued, but experienced technicians from other luxury, European, import, or high-line manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
ASE certifications are a plus.
