Ihre Aufgaben

  • Psychosoziale Beratung von Krebsbetroffenen und ihren Angehörigen, persönlich und bei Bedarf im Rahmen von Hausbesuchen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei finanziellen Fragen sowie im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung in palliativen Lebenssituationen
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit Spitälern, Fachstellen und weiteren Institutionen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Pflege unseres regionalen Netzwerks
  • Selbständige Organisation, Administration und Dokumentation Ihrer Beratungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter:in FH oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sozialarbeit bzw. Sozialberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungssystems
  • Freude an einer selbständigen und verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit
  • Empathie, emotionale Belastbarkeit und eine professionelle Nähe-Distanz-Gestaltung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Eigenes Fahrzeug für Hausbesuche
