Als Specialist Hypothecaire Kredieten ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een woning willen kopen, bouwen of renoveren. Je analyseert hun behoeften en financiële mogelijkheden en vergelijkt kredietoplossingen bij verschillende partners om tot het beste voorstel te komen.

Je bent niet gebonden aan één kredietverstrekker, maar denkt vanuit de klant en zoekt steeds naar de meest geschikte oplossing.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten professioneel adviseren over hypothecaire kredieten en woonfinanciering.
  • Analyseren van de financiële situatie, kredietcapaciteit en behoeften van klanten.
  • Vergelijken van kredietvoorwaarden bij verschillende kredietverstrekkers.
  • Uitwerken en presenteren van kredietvoorstellen op maat.
  • Opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten en hen begeleiden gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Opvolgen van kredietaanvragen en coördineren van het dossier met kredietmaatschappijen, banken en notarissen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van onze kredietactiviteiten.
  • Correct toepassen van de relevante wetgeving en compliance-richtlijnen.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste professional die klantgerichtheid combineert met financiële expertise.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een financiële, economische of commerciële richting.
  • Ervaring binnen hypothecaire kredieten, bankwezen, verzekeringen of kredietbemiddeling.
  • Grondige kennis van woonkredieten en de Belgische kredietmarkt.
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden met een oprechte focus op de klant.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om complexe dossiers helder uit te leggen.
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en administratief sterk.
  • Communicatief vaardig en vlot in de omgang met klanten en partners.

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring bij een kredietbemiddelaar, kredietgever of aanverwante dienstverlener.
  • Kennis van verschillende kredietverstrekkers en hun acceptatiecriteria.
  • Een bestaand netwerk binnen vastgoed, notarissen of financiële dienstverlening.
  • Kennis van het Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
