About Company: Krazybee is India’s largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over ₹1600 Crores. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with

marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's LAP sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and objectives for the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complex customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and offer appropriate LAP solutions. Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to disbursal of loans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the LAP or mortgage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Competencies:
