  • Vertrieb mit Verantwortung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deinen eigenen Kundenstamm, entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden für die Krick Unternehmensfamilie.
  • Beratung statt Produktverkauf: Du verstehst die Herausforderungen Deiner Kunden, führst Gespräche auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidern und entwickelst passende Lösungen aus unserem Portfolio rund um Online-Marketing und digitale Produkte.
  • Vom Erstkontakt zum Abschluss: Du steuerst Deine Verkaufsprozesse eigenständig – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Beratung und Präsentation bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Kunden begeistern: Ob telefonisch, per Teams oder persönlich vor Ort – Du überzeugst durch eine professionelle, verbindliche Beratung und präsentierst unsere Lösungen mit einem klaren Blick für den konkreten Mehrwert beim Kunden.
  • Pipeline im Griff: Du behältst Deine Chancen und Aktivitäten im Blick, arbeitest strukturiert mit unserem CRM-System HubSpot und sorgst dafür, dass Deine Pipeline jederzeit transparent und aktuell ist.
  • Erfolg vorantreiben: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich auf Deine Ziele hin, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst kontinuierlich neue Ansätze, um Deinen Vertriebserfolg auszubauen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im aktiven B2B-Vertrieb und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für digitale Produkte, Online-Marketing und die Bedürfnisse von Unternehmen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und echte Abschlussstärke
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Gespräche souverän mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern – insbesondere Entscheidern – zu führen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verbindlichkeit und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Eine strukturierte, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Kunden auch persönlich vor Ort zu betreuen
  • Führerschein Klasse B und die Bereitschaft zu Kundenterminen vor Ort
