  • Προγραμματίζει, επιβλέπει και συντονίζει τις δραστηριότητες της παραγωγής
  • Διοικεί και εποπτεύει το προσωπικό έτσι ώστε να επιτυγχάνονται συνέργειες μεταξύ λειτουργίας μηχανών και εργασίας εργατικού δυναμικού
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για την τήρηση των Ορθών Βιομηχανικών Πρακτικών, Ορθών Πρακτικών Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων, Ορθών Πρακτικών Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας καθώς και των άλλων Πρακτικών και Πολιτικών της Εταιρείας
  • Ερευνά και κάνει προτάσεις νέων μεθόδων παραγωγής με σκοπό την αύξηση της αποδοτικότητας της παραγωγικής μονάδας της εταιρίας.
  • Ερευνά τα αίτια εμφάνισης λειτουργικής φύρας και φροντίζει για την εύρεση μεθόδων μείωσης της
  • Συνεργάζεται με την Τεχνική Διεύθυνση, την Διεύθυνση Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου και την Διεύθυνση Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας και με τα τμήματα της Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας και του Λογιστηρίου με γνώμονα την τήρηση των στόχων παραγωγής, την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την οικονομικότερη λειτουργία της μονάδας
  • Συμβάλει στην εκπαίδευση, ανάπτυξη και παρακίνηση των εργαζομένων & είναι υπεύθυνος για τον προγραμματισμό των βαρδιών τους
  • Φροντίζει για την εκπλήρωση των στόχων και των δεικτών απόδοσης της παραγωγικής μονάδας
  • Είναι μέλος της ομάδας HACCP και της ομάδας ανάπτυξης νέων προϊόντων

Τυπικά προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ κατεύθυνσης Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων/Χημικών Μηχανικών/Χημικών/Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών/Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Μηχανικών Η/Υ. Επιθυμητός μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία 3-5 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα τροφίμων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών Γραφείου (ΜS Office)
  • Επιθυμητές γνώσεις προγραμμάτων ERP. Η γνώση SAP αποτελεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση, μεθοδικότητα, σεβασμός στις διαδικασίες
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
