Onze talenten helpen het hergebruik in onze regio flink naar boven. Omdat we mee willen werken aan een duurzame en sociale samenleving. Bouw je vol goesting mee aan onze missie?

Je functioneert als verantwoordelijke voor ons grootste sorteermagazijn en je coacht daarbij onze doelgroepmedewerkers. Honderden kilo’s herbruikbare goederen komen via particulieren of onze vrachtwagens aan in jouw magazijn. Een goede selectie en juiste uitsortering zijn jouw voorbereiding die uiteindelijk resulteert in een goede verkoop.

Orde en structuur brengen in het werk, maar ook liefde voor goederen doorgeven, samen schatten ontdekken, inspelen op ideeën van medewerkers of andere coachen net inspireren in de aanpak van een magazijn is helemaal jouw ding.

Je bent hands-on en helpt mensen van kortbij, op de werkvloer.

Takenpakket:

Je draait in een vrolijk team van 12 maatwerkcoachen die samen instaan voor 7 kringwinkels en een online shop. Elke coach heeft daarbij oog voor volgende aspecten: •Opmaak en opvolging van de werkplanning; •Coaching van de doelgroepmedewerkers: eerste aanspreekpunt, technische ondersteuning, dagelijkse begeleiding; •Aansturing van de sorteerprocessen: registratie, sortering, bewaring, winkelklaar maken van goederen, recyclage van reststromen. •Organisatie van een magazijn: plaatsbepaling en efficiëntie.

Relevante competenties:

· Organiseren en aanpakken: dingen zien en vastpakken, overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen, meedoen en enthousiasmeren;

· Kunnen actieve begeleidershouding aannemen tav doelgroepmedewerkers: positieve omgang, respect ten aanzien van laaggeschoolden en mensen die al eens pech hadden in hun leven, coaching rekening houdend met ieders talenten;

· Teamspeler;

· Goede fysieke conditie;

· Commerciële feeling: magazijnwerking kunnen aanpassen aan de noden van de winkels.
