Længes du efter at se studerende kende Jesus og gøre Jesus kendt blandt deres medstuderende? Har du gå-på-mod og lyst til at planlægge store nationale events i samarbejde med frivillige? Har du talent for at organisere, holde overblik og inspirere og lede frivillige? KFS søger vikar som event- og frivilligkoordinator til ansættelse 1. januar 2027 til 30. juni 2027.

Arbejdsopgaver

Din primære arbejdsopgave er – sammen med KFS’ nationale leder – at planlægge og arrangere Påskelejr 2027 og påbegynde planlægning af Discipeltræf 2027. Derfor bliver der en masse samarbejde med frivillige KFS’ere. Du bliver en del af arbejdsfællesskabet på KFS’ sekretariat i Aarhus. Udover lejrplanlægning og -eksekvering bliver der forskellige ad-hoc-kontoropgaver. En naturlig del af dit arbejde vil være skriftlig og mundtlig kommunikation med frivillige, samarbejdspartnere og folk der er engageret eller interesseret i KFS.

Din profil

Du er luthersk kristen og del af et menighedsfælleskab. Du har relevant – lønnet eller frivillig – erfaring med lejrarbejde, samt ledelse af og samarbejde med frivillige. Du er selvstændig, kan lede dig selv, tage ansvar for opgaver og inspirere folk omkring dig.

KFS' profil

KFS er en studenterbevægelse, hvis mission er, at studerende på gymnasiale og videregående uddannelser må kende Jesus og gøre Jesus kendt blandt deres medstuderende. Vi ønsker, at studerende forvandles af evangeliet og engagerer sig i studieverden, kirke og samfund til Kristi ære, og vi vil opmuntre og udruste dem til dette gennem forkyndelse, undervisning, fællesskab, medvandring og praktiske ressourcer.

KFS bygger på et luthersk bekendelses- og værdigrundlag med Jesus, nåden, Bibelen og troen som centrale fokuspunkter. Med det udgangspunkt ønsker vi at invitere kristne fra alle kirkeretninger til at tage del i vores studiestedsarbejde og deltage i vores lejre. Vi er også aktiv medspiller i studentermission i Europa og resten af verden gennem medlemskab af IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students).

Vi tilbyder

Vi tilbyder en tjeneste for og med studerende, som er kendetegnet ved masser af kompetent med- og modspil fra kolleger. Til støtte for din personlige og åndelige modning, udvikling og udrustning tilbyder vi kollegialt fællesskab med KFS' ca. 25 ansatte.

Stillingen er på 80% med mulighed for tilpasning og aflønnes efter KFS' lønpolitik, som kan rekvireres ved henvendelse til generalsekretæren. Dagligt arbejdssted er sekretariatet i Aarhus. Der må påregnes aften- og weekendarbejde.
