Din roll som apotekschef för Kronans Apotek i SkutskÀr

Vi söker nu en driven och engagerad ledare till vÄrt apotek i SkutskÀr! VÄrt apotek ligger centralt, i anslutning till hÀlsocentralen i SkutskÀr. Med nÀrhet till pendeltÄg finns goda pendlingsmöjligheter bÄde frÄn GÀvle och Uppsala.

Som apotekschef leder du ett hĂ€rligt och sammansvetsat team bestĂ„ende av tvĂ„ farmaceuter, tvĂ„ apotekstekniker och en sĂ€ljare. Tillsammans skapar ni kundupplevelser i vĂ€rldsklass. Apoteket Ă€r ett av vĂ„ra mest framgĂ„ngsrika, med en stark receptaffĂ€r och en stor egenvĂ„rdsavdelning. Det Ă€r ocksĂ„ ett apotek med mycket stor utvecklings- och affĂ€rspotential, dĂ€r du fĂ„r möjlighet att bygga vidare pĂ„ en redan stark verksamhet och skapa fortsatt tillvĂ€xt och lönsamhet. I rollen ingÄr bland annat att:

  • StĂ€rka verksamheten och skapa motivation och engagemang i teamet.
  • SĂ€kerstĂ€lla bĂ€sta möjliga patientrĂ„dgivning och en kundupplevelse av högsta kvalitet.
  • Ansvara för ekonomi, budget och resultatuppföljning.
  • Initiera och utveckla lokala samarbeten och relationer i nĂ€romrĂ„det.
  • Ha fullt ansvar för personal, arbetsmiljö och kvalitet.
  • SĂ€kerstĂ€lla en vĂ€lfungerande bemanning genom effektiv schemalĂ€ggning.
  • Attrahera, rekrytera, behĂ„lla och utveckla medarbetare pĂ„ apoteket.
  • Leda och utveckla verksamheten och teamet mot uppsatta mĂ„l.
  • FrĂ€mja delaktighet och en positiv gruppdynamik pĂ„ apoteket.

Vi erbjuder en tillsvidareanstĂ€llning med inledande provanstĂ€llning och du vĂ€lkomnas till regionchef Jessica Eriksson team, som strĂ€cker sig över Dalarna och GĂ€vle. Start enligt överenskommelse. Apoteket Ă€r öppet 08:00-18:00 pĂ„ vardagar, 10:00-15:00 pĂ„ lördagar och stĂ€ngt pĂ„ söndagarđŸ„°.

Vi söker dig som Àr legitimerad receptarie eller apotekare. Kanske har du tidigare erfarenhet av en ledande roll eller Àr nyfiken och redo att ta nÀsta steg som apotekschef hos oss. För att trivas i rollen ser vi gÀrna att du har lÀtt för att engagera andra och bidra till motivation i teamet. Eftersom du kommer arbeta mot tydliga mÄl uppskattar vi att du Àr strukturerad, positiv, handlingskraftig och lösningsfokuserad.
