Opis posla: - Izrada godišnjeg i mjesečnog budžeta po kupcima, prodajnim predstavnicima i tržištima te unos podataka u sustav - Praćenje ostvarenja budžeta i prognoza te izrada akcijskih planova u slučaju odstupanja - Kontrola kvalitete usluge i pravovremenosti isporuka te analiza razloga kašnjenja - Praćenje zaliha, zastarjelih zaliha i planiranih utovara - Kontrola minimalnih cijena, cjenika i kalkulacija za kupce te praćenje promjena cijena - Analiza profitabilnosti po kupcima i proizvodima te prijedlog mjera za poboljšanje - Kontrola podataka o kupcima i bonusnih aranžmana u skladu s ugovorima - Kontrola odobrenja (credit notes), reklamacija i povrata te analiza njihovih uzroka - Izrada mjesečnih statistika i analiza odstupanja prometa, prodaje i cijena - Pravovremena izrada izvještaja za prodajnog direktora, upravu i Grupu Kvalifikacije: - Završena srednja škola ili fakultet ekonomskog smjera - Minimalno 3 godine radnog iskustva na poziciji kontrolera,voditelja ureda ili srodno - Znanje engleskog i/ili njemačkog jezika na razini B2 ili više - Napredno poznavanje MS Office paketa - Izrazite analitičke, logičke i matematičke vještine - Izvrsne vještine obrade i analize podataka - Preciznost, samostalnost i poštivanje rokova Ponuda: - Stalno zaposlenje s probnim rokom - Atraktivna i konkurentna plaća - Mogućnost napredovanja i usavršavanja kroz različite obuke - Rad u stabilnoj međunarodnoj kompaniji - Povoljni uvjeti rada i beneficije za zaposlenike
