Tražimo osobu koja će voditi tim prodajnog ureda, osigurati da se prodajne aktivnosti odvijaju u kontroliranom okruženju te doprinijeti rastu prihoda i profitabilnosti. Opis posla: - Vođenje i organizacija rada tima prodajnog ureda - Izrada mjesečnog i godišnjeg budžeta po grupama proizvoda te praćenje prognoza i ostvarenja budžeta - Postavljanje prodajnih ciljeva za pojedine prodajne predstavnike - Kontrola podataka o kupcima, ugovora, bonusnih aranžmana i prodajnih uvjeta - Praćenje obrade narudžbi, fakturiranja, cijena i marži - Praćenje razine zaliha, zastarjelih zaliha i proizvoda druge klase - Kontrola procesa reklamacija i odobrenja (credit notes) - Koordinacija suradnje s planiranjem proizvodnje, skladištem, otpremom i logistikom Kvalifikacije: - Završena srednja škola ili fakultet ekonomskog smjera - Minimalno 3 godine radnog iskustva na poziciji kontrolera, voditelja ureda ili srodno - Znanje engleskog i/ili njemačkog jezika na razini B2 ili više - Napredno poznavanje MS Office paketa - Izrazite analitičke, logičke i matematičke vještine - Odlične komunikacijske i liderske vještine - Samoorganiziranost, sposobnost rada na više zadataka istovremeno i poštivanje rokova - Vozačka dozvola B kategorije Ponuda: - Stalno zaposlenje s probnim rokom - Atraktivna i konkurentska plaća - Mogućnost napredovanja i usavršavanja kroz različite obuke - Rad u stabilnoj međunarodnoj kompaniji - Povoljni uvjeti rada i beneficije za zaposlenike
