Stellenbeschreibung

  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten sowie der Personalakten
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen abrechnungs- und personalrelevanten Fragen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Bearbeitung des gesamten Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens gegenüber Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
  • Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements sowie Unterstützung bei der Personalgewinnung und im Onboarding-Prozess
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Themen wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Zeitwirtschaft und Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten im Personalbereich

Qualifikationen

  • kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste Berufserfahrung in Personalwesen wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
